“Such rude creatures they are, the fae.” Muttered the goblin under his breath. “I’ll catch them, and I’ll grind up their wings for tea!” he chuckled, climbing up a mossy stump to look out over the forest mist. Everyone knew that your chances of seeing fae were best in the glimmer of early morning sun beams, or during the twinkle of dusk. The goblin was sure to be out very early today, for just this very reason.
As he climbed to the top of the fungi peppered stump, grabbing small fistfuls of green moss to pull himself up, a young brown hare sat up abruptly stopping him dead in his tracks…
